The ever-popular Bagatelle restaurant is coming to the Caribbean, with a pop-up eatery set to debut in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos next month.

Bagatgelle Miami x Rock House Turks and Caicos will take over the Vita Restaurant and Cliffside Cave Bar at the Rock House resort in Provo between Feb. 22 and Feb. 25.

Bagatelle and Vita are collaborating on a special menu for the weekend, including signature dishes from both restaurants.

That includes dishes like tuna tartare with spicy dressing, a special selection of caviar, lamb chops with mint and pistachio pesto and black tiger prawns, among others.

It’s more cool programming for Rock House, which has quickly become one of the more sought-after places to stay in Turks and Caicos.

Bagatelle Miami has long been one of South Beach’s most popular hotspots, now set in the Ritz-Carlton South Beach.

Bagatelle has one permanent location in the Caribbean, set on the harbor in Gustavia, St Barth.
