Belmond Acquires Merida Property to Continue Mexico Expansion

Belmond has acquired a new property in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

The company has acquired the Hacienda Katanchel, a former hacienda dating back tot he 17th century, on the outskirts of the increasingly popular destination of Merida.
