This Eleuthera Luxury Resort Just Reopened

One of the top luxury resorts in The Bahamas has officially reopened for the season. 

The Cove. Eleuthera has reopened for the 2023 winter season, on the heels of a multi-phased, property-wide renovation. 

The project included everything from the guest rooms to the resort’s popular Freedom Restaurant and Sushi Bar.

The resort now includes a total of 29 villas, suites and bungalows, along with a new culinary program led by Bryan and Louise English as head chef and head pastry chef, respectively. 

The husband-and-wife team will be responsible for leading the resort’s food and beverage team. 

The restaurant recently completed a reimagining led by California-based BAR Architects and Interiors, anchored by a vibrant mural from Nassau native Angelika Wallace Whitfield.
