Barbados Gearing Up for Caribbean’s Top Motor Sports Event

The Caribbean’s premier road rally is back again this year in Barbados, with the return of the Sol Rally Barbados. 

The event, which runs from June 3-11, is anchored around three days of rally driving with drivers from all around the world. 

The event, which first kicked off as a small rally in 1990, has become the biggest motorsports event in the Caribbean. 

Now, the tarmac rally is held in 24 stages on the public roads of Barbados. 

The festival also includes a Flow King of the Hill “shakedown,” which includes four timed runs on a four-km stage.
