By: Caribbean Journal Staff - April 21, 2023

World-renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is coming to The Bahamas for a special one-night beachside dinner next month.

On May 12, the Michelin-starred superstar, whose opened his first Bahamas eatery at The Ocean Club back in 2000, will create a “tantalizing upscale beach menu” for the evening, with guests having the opportunity to interact with Jean-Georges and “experience his renowned cuisine in a casual, yet elegant, setting.”

“Jean-Georges is a legend in the culinary industry, and it’s always special when he comes to DUNE,” notes Tarek Cheneir, Director of Food and Beverage for The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort. “An evening with Jean-Georges is always an event not-to-be-missed.”

The dinner will begin at 7:30 PM, with a selection of signature and seasonal appetizers, entered and desserts served family-style.

The dinner will be accompanied by wine, beer and signature cocktails.
