Spirit Airlines Just Added Another Flight to St Maarten

Spirit Airlines has officially expanded its nonstop flight service to St Maarten, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The low-cost carrier has added a second weekly flight between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and St Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport.

The new flight complements weekly Saturday service from Fort Lauderdale, which had for years been the only flight from Fort Lauderdale to St Maarten.

The new Wednesday flight departs Fort Lauderdale at 10:40 AM, landing in St Maarten at 2:51 PM.

The new nonstop flight officially begins operation Feb. 8.
