The Hilton Tulum Now Has An All-Inclusive Mezcal Bar

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - October 12, 2022

Hilton has made no secret of its Caribbean all-inclusive ambitions, with a wave of new openings concentrated in the Mexican Caribbean.

And the company is looking to reinvent all-inclusive in its own way, including in its latest innovation: the first all-inclusive Mezcal bar.

It’s called La Mezcaleria, and it’s a new signature Mezcal bar that’s launched at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive.

The new bar offers a selection of local, artisanal mezcal brands “authentic to Mexico,” the company says.

To start, it includes 13 different mezcal, with a set menu throughout the year, from Sin Pena and Raicilla Barranca de Jalpa to Destilado de Agave Yuyank.

“We are so pleased introduce La Mezcaleria as a new beverage experience that is rooted in Mexican tradition.” says Felix Schlokat, General Manager at Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort. “La Mezcaleria is the perfect addition to the resort, and we are excited for guests to be able to taste such a wide variety of local offerings.”

The new bar is one of 13 different food and beverage concepts at the resort, including the Mezcal bar’s home, the traditional Mexican-inspired Maxal.
