Disney’s new Disney Wish cruise ship will be sailing its first full summer from Port Canaveral next year, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Disney Wish, the company’s newest cruise ship, will be homeporting at Port Canaveral for a series of three and four-night cruises to The Bahamas.
The cruises will stop in Nassau and at Disney’s Castaway Cay private island in The Bahamas.
The ship will feature new additions including the company’s first “Frozen”-themed dining experience and a new water adventure attraction called Aqua Mouse.
Port Canaveral will also be the homeport for the Disney Fantasy ship, which will be sailing a range of itineraries from five to 10 nights to the eastern and western Caribbean.
The company’s third Florida-based ship will be Disney Magic, which will be home-porting in Miami in the summer of 2023. Disney Magic will be sailing four-night Bahamas cruise and five-night western Caribbean cruises (followed by a handful of seven-night sailings to the eastern and western Caribbean.)
