The Dutch Caribbean island of Statia has eased its entry rules again, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Regardless of vaccination status, all travelers must now show either a PCR test result 48 hours before departing their home airport for Statia or an antigen test 24 hours before departure from their home airport.

Statia has also removed all quarantine requirements for visitors, regardless of vaccination status.

All travelers still need to take an antigen test on the fifth day of their visit to Statia.

The easing comes as the island has also removed all restrictions on the size of gatherings.
