A New Chef at the Ritz-Carlton, St Thomas

 US Virgin Islands’ leading resort has added another top chef. 

The property has announced the appointment of Jobin Thomas as the new Chef de Cuisine of Bleuwater, one of the resort’s four dining concepts. 

In the new role, Thomas will oversee Bleuwater’s food and beverage operations, “applying his unique culinary expertise to curate innovative dining experiences,” the resort said in a statement. 

Bleuwater specializes in Asian cuisine incorporating Caribbean flavors; that ranges from Yellowin Tuna Sashimi and mojito-compressed watermelon to traditional Indian butter chicken.
