Puerto Rico’s Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Is Getting Bigger

The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is getting bigger, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

This year, the Rio Grande-area resort will add another 93 rooms, according to a statement from Hyatt Hotels. 

The property first opened its doors in 2019 at the former Gran Melia resort in Puerto Rico, following a multimillion-dollar transformation project. 

The resort’s room count will rise to a total of 573 rooms. 

The only Hyatt resort in Puerto Rico, it’s home to a pair of Tom-Kite designed championship golf courses, including one that hosts the PGA Tour’s Puerto Rico Open.
