JetBlue is ramping up its service to Nassau, The Bahamas this spring, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

On April 2, JetBlue is increasing its flights between Orlando and Nassau. 

That will mean a jump from five flights per week to eight flights per week. 

The news comes a few months after the launch of a major new route from Orlando to Nassau on Frontier Airlines. 

That service is operating four times each week.
