Hilton to Add New Curio Collection Hotel in Merida, Mexico

Hilton has continued its Caribbean-Mexico expansion with another new resort, this time on Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula. 

The newly-renovated Villa Mercedes Merida has joined the Curio Collection by Hilton portfolio. 

The property is debuting a major new look along with the new brand, one that includes extensive renovations to the lobby, front desk, restaurant and pool.

The property is set in a restored colonial mansion.

The hotel will be operated by Hotel Advisor International. 

“We are excited to partner with this iconic hospitality brand to bring a fresh, new lodging option to the city of Mérida,” said Humberto Pinazzi, CEO, Hotel Advisor International.
