Aurora Anguilla Resort Set for December Debut

Aurora Anguilla Resort and Golf Club, a dramatic transformation of the former CuisinArt resort, is set to make its debut in December, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

New owner Olympus Ventures has embarked on a large-scale reshaping of the property, one that will include an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Design Golf Course, a Sorana Spa, 

The resort has also announced plans for a new culinary program led by Eleven Madison Park alumnus Abram Bissell, who will serve as executive chef.

That will include five new eateries, from a new restaurant at the Golf Club to Morella, which will showcase handmade pastas. 

The resort was purchased at the end of 2020 by Olympus Ventures, which is the family office of Best Buy founder Richard M. Schulze.
