A New Ultra-Luxe Villa at Puerto Rico’s St Regis Bahia Beach

There’s a new way to experience one of Puerto Rico’s top luxury resorts.

It’s called Casa Estancias, and it’s a new beachfront estate at the St Regis Bahia Beach Resort.

Set to open in November, the estate has a total of five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie room, an outdoor terrace with a saltwater lap pool and an expansive grass lawn leading directly to a two-mile beach.

The design has panoramic beach views from all corners of the home, with floor to ceiling windows with sea views.

Guests at Casa Estancias have their own private butler; daily housekeeping and full access to the resort’s amenities, including the Robert Trent Jones, Jr-designed golf course and the Iridium Spa, among others.
