The renowned Bahamas resort has tapped Tamir Shanel to the role, following posts at resorts including Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and The Venetian and Palazzo resorts in Las Vegas, among others.

In the role, Shanel will oversee the resort’s 40 resstaurants, bars and lounges, along with the reopening and development of new concepts.

“Tamir’s experience is rooted in attention to integrating food and beverage operations while implementing effective training and programs,” said Audrey Oswell, President and Managing Director, Atlantis Paradise Island. “His experience in propelling seamless operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences, through exceptional service and quality will continue Atlantis’ legacy for providing high caliber dining and service.”

Shanel will also focus on the training, learning and development of team members.
