A New Way to Explore Virgin Gorda

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - June 4, 2021

Virgin Gorda’s Rosewood Little Dix Bay has launched a new set of curated itineraries to explore the destination.

The new itineraries are part of Rosewood’s Summer by Design program, which focus on “journeys designed to encourage exploration, discovery and connection.”

They range from The Timeless Traveler, which takes guests on a journey that includes everything from The Baths to a day trip to Foxy’s on Jose Van Dyke; to the Family Wanderlust, which includes a family tents match, a cooking class, a snorkeling safari, a stargazing dinner and a sailing adventure, among other stops.

The property says the journeys are ideal for guests looking for long-term stays or shorter vacations — with the latter now possible thanks to the BVI’s loosening of its travel restrictions for vaccinated visitors

“The British Virgin Islands is one of the world’s most magical destinations,” said Andreas Pade, managing director of Rosewood Little Dix Bay. “Beyond natural beauty, what really sets the islands apart is their vibrant culture and character. There is profound sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm for adventure, matched only by the robust selection of experiences to explore, that makes one feel that they are a part of something truly special. With Summer by Design, we’re excited to introduce guests to the more undiscovered aspects of the archipelago for a journey they won’t soon forget.”
