The BodyHoliday is one of our favorite wellness-focused properties.

Saint Lucia’s BodyHoliday wellness-focused all-inclusive resort has officially reopened, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The property, which first opened in Saint Lucia in 1988, has long been one of the region’s top destinations for spa and wellness vacations.

“With access to the world’s leading practitioners and wellness experts, our valued guests can enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday in one of the world’s most beautiful destinations,” the property said in a statement. “The resort caters for all: those seeking a beach escape, a gastronomic discovery or a wellness retreat.”

It’s the latest resort to reopen in Saint Lucia, which was among the first Caribbean destinations to reopen for tourism when it did so in early June. Since then, the island has become a model for tourism reopenings in the age of COVID-19.
