Turks and Caicos’ Long Bay Beach Club Lists for $12.9 Million

A stunning villa resort on the increasingly hot Long Bay in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos has been listed for $12.9 million, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

The 15-bedroom, 15-bathroom Long Bay Beach Club complex at 233 Long Bay Beach Road has been listed with The Agency’s Ian Hurdle, Katherine Baryluk and Sean O’Neill.

The 18,000-square-foot complex, which was built in 2017, sits on a 90,431-square-foot lot. 

It includes three villas, each of which has 6,000 square feet of space, each with a private infinity pool.

Long Bay has become one of the hottest real estate destinations in Turks and Caicos.

The resort-style design includes a private beachside deck, a yoga pavilion and Wi-Fi that extends all the way to the beach terrace. 

According to The Agency, the villa is available as a whole or fractional investment opportunity.
