New Boutique Hotel Breaks Ground in Turks and Caicos

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 9, 2019

A new boutique hotel has broken ground on Long Bay in Turks and Caicos.

It’s the latest project by Beach Enclave Turks and Caicos, which has an ever-expanding portfolio of luxury residential hotels in the destination.

The new hotel is a 24-unit boutique hotel that is part of the second phase of Beach Enclave Long Bay, set on tony Long Bay in Providenciales.

The second phase also includes four three-to-four-bedroom standalone beach houses in addition to the Club Building, which houses the aforementioned boutique hotel and seven “Club Residences.”

The Club will include a rooftop wellness spa and lounge, a beachfront restaurant, a club pool, a fitness center and a lighted tennis court.

Long Bay shot to fame several years ago with the debut of the Shore Club Turks and Caicos, now one of the Caribbean’s most prominent luxury resorts.

“The Beach Houses provide a unique opportunity to own a freestanding beachfront home within a managed resort,” said Vasco Borges, CEO of Beach Enclave. “Designed by acclaimed Brazilian architects Jacobsen Arquitetura, known for their trademark tropical design, each of the four Beach Houses showcase Beach Enclave’s design ethos of holistic indoor and outdoor spaces at its best. Outdoor entertainment areas include covered living spaces off the great room, sun deck and infinity pool, and beach deck.”

Beach Encalve’s Turks and Caicos portfolio includes Beach Enclave North Shore, Beach Enclave Long Bay Phase 1 and Beach Enclave Grace Bay.

The Grace Bay project broke ground in 2018 and is slated to debut in November 2020 with 10 villas.
