New Beach Resort Coming to Punta Cana

Another new resort is coming to the Dominican Republic’s tourism hub of Punta Cana. 

It’s called Serenade Punta Cana, and the 625-room, all-inclusive beach resort will be set in Cabeza de Toro in greater Punta Cana.

The property, which is slated to debut in the summer of 2020, will include six eateries, four snack bars, daily entertainment, a casino, a disco, a spa and a water sports area, among other amenities. 

That’s along with three pools, including a main pool, a children’s pool and a pool for clients staying in the hotel’s “premium areas.”

The project is the first in the country by Spanish chain “Best Hotels,” whose portfolio includes hotels in Spain, the Canary Islands and the tiny nation of Andorra. 

The project first broke ground in October 2018.
