A Puerto Rico Penthouse Hits the Market for $9.9 Million

A stunning penthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico’s uber-hip Condado district has it the market.

Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing on the property, which is being marketed for sale at $9.9 million by Margaret Pena Juvelier.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex, which was designed by architect Gonzalo Ferrer and interior designer Jean-Pierre Santoni, has a total of 8,313 interior square feet.

There’s everything from a wine cellar with a champagne refrigerator to a Turkish Hammam marble bed and a striking rooftop entertainment space with a jacuzzi.

Plainly, it’s one of the most spectacular places to live in Condado, in a building that’s right on the beach.
