Aman Resorts’ Amanera resort in the Dominican Republic will reopen Nov. 1 following its annual summer closure with a host of upgrades.
That includes the addition of private swimming pools to three of the property’s “Casitas,” meaning more than half of the units at the resort will have their own private pools.
Amanera is also adding Arva, an Italian dining concept, along with the launch of “immersive” experiences at a nearby 2,000-acre organic farm.
The Aman resort, set on Playa Grande beach on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, has a collection of 25 cliffside casitas.
