Brokerage firm Concierge Auctions is handling the sale in cooperation with Jackie Pascher of Island Dream Properties.

The 4,878-square-foot villa, which has direct access to Anguilla’s Elsie Bay, has a resort-style private pool, a renovated chef’s kitchen, multiple covered terraces and screened-in porches, among other amenities.
