By the Caribbean Journal staff
An ultra-luxe villa in the Dominican Republic is headed to auction.
Concierge Auctions is selling the property, a 17,000-square-foot hilltop estate that includes everything from a regulation-size baseball diamond to horse stables to boat dockage that comes with its own boat.
The property, which is currently listed for $21 million, will sell without reserve in cooperation with King Valley Brokerage’s Dean McGovern.
The property includes what the sellers call “Ernest Hemingway-inspired” furnishings, along with two swimming pools and a tennis court.
“The auction marks a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a picturesque property in one of the Dominican Republic’s most coveted areas,” McGovern said. “Golden Dolphin Estate offers rare amenities for a variety of luxury homebuyers.”
The nine-bedroom estate, located in Cabrera on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, even has its own spa with ocean views.
The property will sell May 21-24.
