One of the hottest culinary destinations in the Caribbean has added yet another buzzy eatery to its portfolio.

It’s called Too Chez Restaurant and Bar, and the new American-French restaurant is set in the heart of Christiansted on King Street in St Croix.

The burgers are wonderful, too.

And it’s got pedigree too, the brainchild of local chef Dustin Kendrick — whose parents Dave and Jane Kendrick run the acclaimed Uptown Eatery.

It’s set in an open-air courtyard, serving dinner and drinks, with a diverse menu serving up everything from grilled potato and goat cheese napoleons to wahoo bruschetta and grilled barbecue ribs.

The launch comes just a few weeks after another high-profile debut, Digby Stridiron’s Braata.

It’s another reason to visit Christiansted.
