Copa Airlines has expanded its service to offer daily flights between Curaçao and Panama City, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Through these additions, the airline said it “aims to provide its passengers with more flight options, convenient schedules and greater connectivity with the rest of the continent.”

“We are constantly seeking opportunities to offer our passengers more flight options,” said Copa Airlines CEO Pedro Heilbron. “This dedication to service led us to evaluate every route and examine the possibility of increasing flight frequency. We see potential in this market as demand has increased over this past year.”

Copa Airlines is now operating daily flights from Panama to Curaçao, departing at 9:13 am and arriving at 12:18 pm, and from Curaçao to Panama, departing at 1:18 pm and arriving at 2:30 pm.

Copa had been serving Curaçao with four flights each week.

“These additional flights will provide tourists from the continent more chances to experience Curaçao,” said Curaçao tourism representative Andre Rojer.
