Norwegian Gem Makes Inaugural Call to St Croix

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Gem cruise ship has made its inaugural call on St Croix in the US Virgin Islands.

The 2,394-passenger cruise ship arrived at the pier in Frederiksted on Wednesday.

The ship, which was first built in 2007 and refurbished in 2015, also carries 1,070 crew.

Norwegian Gem sails year round cruises from New York to the Bahamas, Florida and the Caribbean.
