Tobago Tourism Agency Names CEO

The new Tobago Tourism Agency has named its first-ever Chief Executive Officer.

The agency has appointed Louis Lewis, who most recently served as director of tourism in St Lucia, a role in which he served since 2008.

“The Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation and the Tobago Tourism Agency Board are confident that Mr Lewis possesses the skills, knowledge and expertise to move Destination Tobago forward,” the agency and island government said in a statement.

The Tobago Tourism Agency was formed after the decision was made to create a standalone tourism promotion agency for the island.
