Palladium to Open Two New Resorts in the Mexican Caribbean

Spanish hotel giant Palladium is bringing two new resorts to the Mexican Caribbean.

Palladium Hotel Group will be opening a family-friendly property called Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort and Spa and an adults-only hotel called TRS Coral Hotel.

The dual-resort project is slated to open in the fall of 2018.

The pair of resorts will be accompanied by a “village” with a variety of restaurants, bars, an amphitheater and kids’ clubs.

The development will be set in the largely untouched Costa Mujeres area in the most northern point of Cancun.

Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres will have 673 rooms built around a series of canals, with each room including a balcony or terrace. It will also include 9 restaurants.

The TRS Coral Hotel will include 473 rooms and represent a rebranding of Palladium’s adults-only products. Guests at TRS Coral will have access to the facilities and services at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres and the Village.

Palladium has a total of 48 hotels around the world, with Caribbean destinations including Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
