The Moorings Announces British Virgin Islands, St Martin Reopening Dates

Sailing charter giant The Moorings has announced its reopening dates for islands affected by Hurricanes Maria and Irma.

The company will be opening its British Virgin Islands base and its base in Puerto Rico on Dec. 9, according to a statement issued this week.

The Moorings is also planning to reopen its St Martin operations beginning Feb. 1, 2018.

The company also said it would be opening a new base in Antigua, with more details to come.

The Moorings has nine destinations in the Caribbean and the Bahamas.
