Bourdain, Boulud, Andres, Ripert to Headline Cayman Cookout

The lineup of chefs for the Cayman Islands’ premier culinary event, Cayman Cookout, has just been announced. Scheduled for January 10 to 14, 2018 at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, the annual event will feature world-class chefs including Anthony Bourdain, Jose Andres, Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse and Eric Ripert  – co-owner of Le Bernardin in New York City and Blue by Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman – who created the event ten years ago.

Over four days the Seven Mile Beach resort will host a variety of interactive epicurean events open to hotel guests and the public, including cooking demonstrations, tastings, wine pairings, tours and dinners.

Online tickets sales for the event open on Oct. 1, 2017.

Cayman Cookout packages at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman (which include daily continental breakfast for two and tickets to the Wine Fair and Barbecue events) may be booked at ritzcarlton.com/grandcayman.
