Hilton Expanding in Honduras

Hilton has announced plans to build a new 173-room Hilton Garden Inn in the capital city of Tegucigalpa.

Set to open in 2021, the hotel will be the first Hilton Garden Inn in Hnoduras, located on Boulevard Juan Pablo II in the heart of the capital.

The property joins the Indura Beach and Golf Resort, which last year became a Curio, A Collection by Hilton resort. That hotel is in the Caribbean coastal town of Tela.

Hilton also has the Hilton Princess in the city of San Pedro Sula, which first opened in 2006.
