Luxury Manse Hits the Market in Guaynabo

A luxury mansion has hit the market in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home designed by renowned architect Jorge del Rio has been listed for $3.8 million.

Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty’s Brenda Nieves has the listing on the property.

The residence has a total of 9,841 interior square feet on a 1.189-acre site with lush gardens and centennial trees.

It includes finishes like Italian travertine floors, custom woodwork, stained glass windows and a beautiful pool, along with a sculpture by noted artist Luis Torruellas.

The property is located within the San Patricio Development, a private community.
