The Baha Mar is planning its long-awaited debut for late May.

The first phase of the reimagined project will be the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on Nassau’s Cable Beach, which will be bookable for stays beginning May 29.

The resort includes 1,800 guestrooms, including 230 luxury suites, along with 20 food and dining outlets, seven pools, retail shops and access to the Baha Mar’s resort, which features a 30,000-square-foot spa, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and the Baha Mar Convention Center.

Rates start in the mid $300s per night, according to a company representative.
