A New Eatery in Turks and Caicos: Solana

By: - February 16th, 2017

With more than 70 restaurants spread over just 38 square-miles, Providenciales is a bonafide Caribbean dining capital. And now there’s another eatery to try in the Turks and Caicos tourism hub.

Solana, a new beachfront restaurant at Ocean Club West resort, debuted recently, offering three distinct dining experiences. The Grill Deck serves a diverse menu ranging from sushi to burgers to lobster, with stunning ocean views on the side.

The laid-back Bar & Lounge features tapas and cocktails, as well as love music Thursday through Saturday evenings. And at Solana Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar, diners engage directly with chefs over Asian cuisine.

Operated by the owners of Provo restaurants Vix, Chopsticks and Garam Masala, Solana is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The addition of the restaurant completes the three-year-long, $6.5-million-renovation at Ocean Club West and its sister resort, Ocean Club.
