Why Anthony Bourdain, Eric Ripert and Jose Andres Are Coming to Cayman

It’s one of the top culinary festivals in the Caribbean: Cayman Cookout, the spirited four-day gastronomic event with a very famous slate of celebrity guests.

indeed, this year’s Cayman Cookout, which will be hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, will play host as usual to stars including Anthony Bourdain, Eric Ripert and Jose Andres from Jan. 12-15.

This year, the famous trio will be joined by chefs including Emeril Lagasse, Christina Tosi, Terrance Brennan, Daniel Humm, Tim Love and Roland Passot, along with top mixologists Charles Joly and Bob Peters.

This year’s agenda will include events ranging from a culinary demonstration by Ripert and Bourdain; a paella event by Andres; a cooking show by Emeril and another culinary globetrotting activity with Bourdain.

That’s along with activities like sailing to Stingray City, trying the new 2006 Dom Perignon on the beach and even a rum and robusto Petanque Game.
