There’s a new top chef at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis.

The property has announced the appointment of Samuel Faggetti as its new executive chef.

Faggetti comes to the property after most recently serving as executive sous chef at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando.

“It is with great delight to welcome Chef Sam as Four Seasons Resort Nevis’ new Executive Chef,” said General Manager Ed Gannon. “His skills, talent and refined taste will take the dining experience to the next level at our legendary Caribbean resort.”

Prior to his stint in Orlando, Faggetti had served as executive sous chef at the Four Seasons Resort MAui at Wailea for nearly six years.

“I am proud to join Four Seasons Resort Nevis and add my experience to an already exemplary team, Faggetti said. “I’ve always focused on fresh, local and top-quality ingredients, and I am excited to explore all the authentic Caribbean flavours found in Nevis’ gardens, trees and waters.”
