Delta’s Newest Caribbean Offering

By: - May 24th, 2016

Delta Airlines has announced the expansion of its Delta Comfort+ fares to Caribbean flights.

Delta Comfort+ includes Sky Priority boarding with dedicated overhead bin space; extra legroom; free craft beer, wine and spirits; and complimentary snacks and entertainment on most flights.

The company had launched the seat class in the US and Canada in November 2015.

The moves come in an increasingly competitive Caribbean market as carriers like JetBlue have added new premium cabins to several destinations in the region.

“As Delta continues to invest in experiences designed to best serve our customers, we remain focused on making flying with Delta more enjoyable and shopping for Delta products easier, faster and more intuitive,” said Tim Mapes, Delta’s Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Extending Delta Comfort+ internationally brings that simple concept to more Delta customers around the world.”
