How to Move to The Most Exclusive Address in Barbados

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - February 2, 2016

When it comes to Caribbean real estate, it doesn’t get much more exclusive than this.

This is One Sandy Lane, the real estate component of Sandy Lane, one of the Caribbean’s toniest resorts — although One Sandy Lane is a world unto itself.

The community is an “enclave” of private residences overlooking the sea — and it’s been called the most luxurious property ever built on the island.

On the market right now is a 9,500-square-foot home with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and three half bathrooms.

The list price? $19 million.

The property is listed with One Caribbean Estates, the Christie’s affiliate for some of the region’s leading real estate in destinations like Barbados, St Barth, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Turks and Caicos.

The brokerage recently expanded its team to add Jason Applewhite as operations manager, Dominique Silvera as vice president of strategic planning, marketing and sales, and Shawn Mottley as estates sales executive.
