Norwegian Cruise Line has announced its Summer 2017 deployments, featuring two Bahamas itineraries.

The recently-refurbished Norwegian Gem will sail seven-day Bahamas & Florida cruises from New York from April 29 to August 26, 2017.

This family-friendly itinerary features visits to Orlando and the Beaches; Norwegian’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay; and Nassau, Bahamas.

Along with the addition of the new Sugarcane Mojito Bar and O’Sheehan’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill last year, Norwegian Gem also recently received major interior enhancements including upgraded fabrics, fixtures, and carpeting in all specialty restaurants, bars, lounges, staterooms, and suites.

The line will also offer a shorter Bahamas cruise option with three- and four-day cruises on Norwegian Sky.

The voyages will depart Miami year-round on Fridays and Mondays, and offer guests free unlimited beer, wine, and premium spirits.

Ports of call will include Nassau, Grand Bahama Island, and Great Stirrup Cay.
