The Divi Aruba Is Expanding

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 4, 2015

The Divi Aruba all inclusive resort is expanding.

The property has already opened its new Pure Lime Mexican-themed restaurant, and will open a new “pool-view” building in January.

The latter will include 60 rooms, all of which will have built in fridges, 43-inch flat screen TVs, bathrooms with walk-in showers and double sinks and floating desks with pop-up electrical outlets and USB ports.

“We are excited to offer these new dining and accommodation options to our guests staying at the Divi & Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusives,” commented Alex Nieuwmeyer, Managing Director, Divi Resorts Aruba. “From Mexican cuisine to Asian Fusion, every meal on property will be an incredible culinary experience. Along with the opening of Pure Lime, the addition of our new building with patios or balconies overlooking the step-down pool with floating lounge chairs and cabanas, will give guests a wider selection to choose from when booking their reservations.”

Pure Lime is the 10th dining option at Divi’s Aruba All-Inclusive complex, and one of the first full-service Mexican restaurants in Aruba.

Led by executive Chef Lyssette Van Der Biezen, Pure Lime has an open kitchen, with a menu focusing on traditional Mexican flavors, according to the company.
