A Turks and Caicos Private Island for $60 Million

A significant listing in the Caribbean

It’s one of the most expensive properties for sale in the Caribbean: Water Cay.

The island, near Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands, is listed for sale at $60 million with Sotheby’s International Real Estate.

The property has 435 acres and 7,000 feet of beach and oceanfront, including its signature Half Moon Bay beach.

“The glorious Water Cay beaches, waters and their surroundings have been the subject of many a prized photograph and superlative throughout the years,” Sotheby’s said in a release.

The company also suggested that the property could be the “perfect foundation for luxury to ultra-luxury development.”

The two-mile-long “ecological wonder” includes everything from beaches to sandy cliffs.

The property is being listed by Joe Zahm of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.
