It’s one of the most spectacular homes in the Caribbean — and now it’s on the market.

It’s called Turtle Tail Estate, set on a private 4.57-acre peninsula in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos.

The seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom complex has a total of 15,000 square feet of living space.

It’s on the market for a price befitting its size: $25 million, listed with Sotheby’s International Realty’s in Turks and Caicos.

The home has 1,400 feet of water frontage, a 90-foot private dock, a main house, a guest cottage and on-site staff and accommodation in the property’s own guard house.

It also has a gym, a wine cellar, a game room, an ocean-facing office, a lighted tennis court, a hardwood beach-facing deck and top of the line video and audio systems.

It all adds to something quite special — this isn’t a home as it is your own private resort.
