How to make the rum punch from Jumby Bay

This Sunday is National Rum Punch Day in the United States.

For a refreshing summer celebration with a twist of Caribbean flavor, look no further than the Signature Rum Punch of Antigua’s Jumby Bay, a Rosewood Resort.

To indulge, you’ll need:

2 oz. Cavalier Dark Rum

.5 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Simple Syrup (to taste)

Pinch of Nutmeg

Add the ingredients to a blender filled with ice and blend thoroughly.

Pour into a glass and sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg powder over the top.

Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy.
