Hedonism II, Jamaica This is the most adult out of all the adults-only resorts we’ve named. We put it on this list because it’s really a one-of-a-kind resort, the kind of which doesn’t exist anywhere else. And we felt that we couldn’t do a list of adults-only resorts without mentioning Hedonism. This a wild hotel and it’s a party hotel. It’s a hotel that pushes boundaries.
