Delta Launching New Routes, Expanding Service to the Bahamas

Delta is continuing the expansion of its Caribbean network.

Beginning in December, the carrier will be launching service between Atlanta and Eleuthera and between Atlanta and Marsh Harbour, Abaco in the Bahamas.

The carrier will also be increasing its service to Georgetown in the Exumas to daily service beginning Dec. 19.

The expansion will also mean increased one-stop connections for passengers from other US cities through Atlanta.

The Atlanta-Eleuthera flights will operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while the Atlanta-Marsh Harbour flights will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Delta will be operating the service on 65-seat EV-CJ7 aircraft operated by ExpressJet Airlines.
