A new luxury villa has hit the market in Nevis.

The “Sugarbird” villa, located in the Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis, is listed for $4.85 million.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property, which was built in 2010, is located on a 1.05-acre plot and includes a vanishing-edge pool, a chef’s kitchen and a “zen” guest cottage, among other features.

The interior of the home, which was designed by TLA Designs, includes sinks by Robert Jones, Phoenix Day lighting, Bacchus glass sconces and porcupine-quill light shades.

The property qualifies for Citizenship by Investment in St Kitts and Nevis, too.
