The Eden Roc at Cap Cana hotel in the Dominican Republic is expanding.

The project will see the addition of 52 suites around the surrounding area of the property’s Caleton Beach Club, among other changes.

Other enhancements include renovations of the roofs, common areas, pool, The Grill Restaurant, and the Beach Bar.

The resort will also be constructing a cigar lounge, a business center, specialty luxury shops, and a full service spa and wellness centre with a fully-equipped gym.

The expected completion date of the project is December 2015, and while the resort will be undergoing these renovations until then, the beach as well as La Palapa Restaurant will still be operating regularly.

The expansion project is being undertaken through a third-party partnership with Trioholding Investment SRL.
