Bermuda’s Hamilton Princess and Beach Club resort is set to debut a major new restaurant on the island.

On March 27, the property will unveil Marcus’, the new signature restaurant by celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson.

“Marcus’ will be a game-changer for the island,” said Allan Federer, general manager of Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, a Fairmont Managed Hotel. “We are thrilled to partner with such a highly-esteemed and talented chef, and look forward to showcasing the dramatic new restaurant to our guests and local visitors.”

The menu will feature everything from Jerk Pork Belly and Tandoori Smoked Salmon to Fish Chowder Croquettes and Black Rum Mignonette, among others.

It will be designed with art in mind, featuring works from the collection of the property’s owners including original pieces by Andy Warhol, Liu Ye and even Nelson Mandela.

It will be Samuelsson’s first restaurant in Bermuda and the wider region.
